Most routers and network switches are built for a 19-inch 4-pole rack. The Rittal cabinet they ship into is a 23-inch 2-pole frame. This bracket bridges that difference and supports the equipment in the frame.
The double bracket holds two 1U devices and occupies 3U so that air can move between them.
